Part-Time Cashier / Receptionist Join Our Team! We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist to join our team. This is a job-share position offering a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where excellent customer service and teamwork are valued. Schedule Monday-Thursday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (2-3 evenings per week) Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (every other Saturday) What You'll Do As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in keeping our front office running smoothly. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering and directing incoming phone calls Closing repair orders and parts counter tickets Scanning and organizing repair orders and parts documentation Processing cash, checks, and credit card payments accurately Verifying daily sales deposits, counter tickets, and repair order totals Delivering outstanding customer service with a positive, professional attitude Assisting with service department filing and general administrative support What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with both customers and team members. Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Drive Strong multitasking and time-management abilities Excellent organizational and communication skills A positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions If you're looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity with a great team, we'd love to hear from you!
