Here's what we're looking for.

Requirements:

• Previous document preparation, scanning, records management, or data entry experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience operating document scanners and imaging equipment preferred
• Ability to follow customer specifications and detailed work instructions
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to manage high-volume document processing in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (file boxes)
• Ability to sit for extended periods throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills

Job Duties:

• Prepare paper documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and other bindings
• Scan high volumes of documents using automatic feed and flatbed scanners
• Configure scanner settings according to customer specifications
• Verify image quality and ensure scanned documents are complete and accurate
• Log document and box numbers for tracking and future retrieval
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of scanning equipment
• Assist with document indexing, organization, and records management
• Process approximately three or more boxes of documents per day
• Support team members with document preparation and other scanning projects as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
