The Vice President, Chief Compliance Lead (CCL), Americas ensures ethical conduct and plays a critical role in identifying and mitigating risk by developing and leading an innovative compliance program that supports ZOLL's mission. The Vice President, CCL, Americas is responsible for designing, managing, and overseeing the compliance governance and strategic framework across the region, in close collaboration with the EMEA and APAC Compliance teams and senior leaders across all divisions, to support sustainable growth. This role is instrumental in further strengthening a culture of integrity and advancing an industry-leading compliance program by proactively managing compliance risks and opportunities, driving continuous improvement in compliance and business sustainability processes, and supporting the organization through a practical, forward-looking, business-oriented approach. These efforts will be enabled through the leadership of a team of compliance professionals who partner closely with business leaders to promote compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards through trusted advising, coaching, collaboration, and effective administration of the compliance program. The position reports to the General Counsel of ZOLL Medical Corporation, serves as a member of the Global Legal Leadership Team, and provides regular updates to the CEO and Board of Directors on compliance matters. This role will work closely with Legal, Human Resources, and divisional stakeholders, while leading a cross-functional compliance committee composed of senior leaders across the Company to establish and advance the organization's compliance strategy and governance framework. This collaborative approach will foster timely, comprehensive insight into business activities and support the proactive development of practical, compliant, and sustainable solutions. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
