- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
- Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
- Be able to work one of the following schedules: Sunday - Thursday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM OR Sunday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and Monday - Thursday 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Have an active and valid Pharmacist License for the State of Utah
Responsibilities:
- Provide essential clinical services, including immunizations and medication therapy management (MTM) interventions, ensuring adherence to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Engage proactively with patients and customers, offering assistance, resolving inquiries, and fostering positive, lasting relationships.
- Champion best practices in customer service, guiding team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful patient experience through empathetic interactions and proactive support.
- Enhance the patient experience by focusing on comprehensive healthcare services such as patient consultation, medication management, drug therapy reviews, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with all state and federal controlled substance laws and internal dispensing policies during prescription fulfillment.
- Continuously expand your professional knowledge and skills in pharmacy and healthcare through ongoing learning, staying abreast of industry developments and best practices.
- Complete all necessary certifications, education credits, and internal training modules to maintain and advance your expertise.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the relevant state(s).
- Certified Immunizer.
