Are you thinking about changing careers? We'll train you to weld! Monroe Truck Equipment is passionate about providing on-site, paid training for people interested in a Welding career! If you have never welded before, but have always had an interest, we can train you in MIG welding. Candidates who excel at this training possess mechanical aptitude, have great hand/eye coordination, bring a desire to learn, appreciate hands-on instruction, and enjoy teamwork. Shift: Monday-Friday; 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
