Job OverviewThis role is essential for designing, implementing, and deploying scalable software solutions that meet customer requirements and support high availability environments. This Full Stack Software Engineer will support customer-facing applications across T-Mobile's T-Life app and Retail technology platforms, helping deliver reliable, intuitive, and scalable digital experiences for customers and frontline retail teams. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to develop software components using technologies such as microservices, APIs, cloud-native platforms, modern front-end and back-end frameworks, distributed systems, and AI driven development. This position requires independent development across the full software stack and an understanding of system protocols, data flows, integrations, and technology interactions. Success is measured by the ability to deliver quality technical solutions, produce clear documentation, support performance and reliability goals, and contribute to technology strategy and innovation. The work impacts the organization by enabling advanced software systems that improve customer engagement, retail execution, operational efficiency, and support T-Mobile's broader business goals. Travel: The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
