Do you have a passion for content development, proposal strategy, and driving business metrics? Does the RFP process-digesting a complex brief and crafting innovative, creative solutions for advertisers under tight timelines-excite you? We're looking for a Senior B2B storyteller and marketing strategist who can turn consumer and product insights into compelling RFP responses that engage advertisers and unlock new business opportunities.

Reporting to the Worldwide Commercial Marketing Manager, Video & News, the Ad Sales Marketer will play a hands-on role in supporting the Apple News and Video Sales

teams, with a primary focus on managing, writing, and executing high-volume RFP responses.

This role requires a highly organized, senior-level professional with deep experience in RFP cycles who can rapidly translate advertiser briefs into persuasive commercial stories under tight timelines. A deep understanding of brand marketing and the digital advertising landscape-especially across digital media platforms including publishing and streaming-is key.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead RFP response development: Partner closely with News and Video Sales teams to understand client needs and develop highly tailored, compelling, and strategic proposals.

* Drive stakeholder alignment: Act as the central connector, collaborating with sales, marketing, and editorial leads to align on proposal strategy, gather necessary inputs, and drive consensus under tight deadlines.

* Turn around RFP responses on short timelines: Rapidly write and edit persuasive, high-quality sales enablement collateral and custom proposals without sacrificing clarity, accuracy, or brand alignment.

* Incorporate visual mock-ups: Leverage basic design skills to create visual concepts that bring proposed sponsorships and ad placements to life within pitch decks and RFP submissions.

* Maintain core marketing collateral: Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across final deliverables, updating foundational presentations and leave-behind materials as the plan of record evolves.

Minimum Qualifications



  • 8-10 years of direct experience developing B2B marketing content, with a strong track record in sales enablement and RFP response development.
  • Deep experience in RFP cycles, with a proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced proposal workflows from initial brief to final submission.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure, turning around high-quality, strategic responses within exceptionally short timelines.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder alignment skills, with a track record of leading through influence and driving focus across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to translate complex product capabilities and advertiser objectives into persuasive, clear narratives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail to keep marketing partners informed and ensure all deliverables are executed on time.
  • Possess an unquestionable personal code of ethics and integrity.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Functional design skills (e.g., creating visual mock-ups or polishing pitch decks in Keynote or basic design software) to elevate RFP proposal visuals and make concepts tangible for clients.
  • Previous experience supporting sales teams on digital platforms, specifically content publishers (news/editorial) and streamers.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing ad products (search, display, native, and video) and how to strategically position them to brands across various categories.
