Description Order Management Deliver Operator Location: Fully Remote (Candidates located within the Raleigh/Durham/Cary, NC area strongly preferred) Employment Type: Contract with potential for extension Pay Rate: $32.00-$35.20/hour Schedule: Full-time \| 40 hours per week Available Shift Options Candidates should indicate preferred shift availability when applying: Monday-Friday: 9:30 AM-6:30 PM Tuesday-Saturday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Tuesday-Saturday: 1:00 PM-10:00 PM Sunday-Thursday: 1:00 PM-10:00 PM Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM Monday-Friday: 10:30 AM-7:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking organized, customer-focused professionals to join a growing Logistics Order Fulfillment team supporting medical equipment operations across the United States. This position plays a key role in managing spare part orders, coordinating shipments, resolving order issues, and ensuring critical equipment components reach field teams quickly and accurately. Key Responsibilities Process and manage spare part and tool orders for medical equipment Respond to incoming phone calls and email requests Track shipments and monitor order status through carrier systems Investigate and resolve delays, backorders, and fulfillment issues Escalate complex order concerns when necessary Collaborate with internal teams, warehouse partners, and transportation providers Maintain accurate records and documentation within multiple systems Support inventory-related activities and order reconciliation Systems & Tools Used SAP (training provided) Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Office Suite FedEx and DHL shipment tracking systems Additional internal logistics and warehouse systems Compensation $32.00-$35.20 per hour Job Requirements Qualifications Required Skills & Experience Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Ability to prioritize work in a high-volume environment Customer-service mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Preferred Backgrounds Experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply: Customer support or customer-facing positions Logistics or supply chain coordination Work Environment Fully remote work environment Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace Dual monitors and headset required High-volume environment supporting urgent operational needs Multiple systems used simultaneously throughout the day Training Structured remote training program (approximately 4-5 weeks) One-on-one coaching and virtual shadowing provided Ongoing team support and development opportunities Apply today if you are detail-oriented, adaptable, tech-savvy, and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
