Junior Facilities (Company Support)

We seek a Junior Facilities Specialist (Company Support) to support our Corporate Team in Lexington Park, Maryland. Opportunities for Part-Time and Full-Time support are available. This role requires in-person support.

Duties:

• Being responsible for providing a professional and efficient workplace for employees and customers. Including but not limited to Kitchen, Conference Room and General Office tidiness.
• Greeting and directing visitors in a positive, professional manner
• Providing administrative assistance to corporate leadership meetings as needed
• Maintaining corporate calendars and scheduling of conference rooms and use of Webex and conference lines
• Routing phone calls
• Occasionally running errands for the office
• Educating employees on securing the office, training alarm system, and distributing and logging office keys.
• Assisting in the support of large function events, including holiday parties
• Ideal candidates will possess business office, facilities, receptionist, or hospitality experience.

• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels across the organization
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Must be customer (internal and external) focused and results-driven
• Excellent communicator and a desire to improve processes
• Technically savvy
• Excellent writing, grammar, and business language skills

Required Education:

• HS or equivalent.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $15.00 to $20.00 per hour (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
