Jobs in this group are typically responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of endpoint technology deployments for new initiatives and projects. They ensure that desktop infrastructure, hardware, and associated services are implemented effectively to meet organizational and operational requirements.
These roles focus on delivering technical support for project-based activities, including new site openings, expansions, and technology refresh efforts. They coordinate device setup, configuration, and deployment, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure end-user readiness and a seamless transition into operations. Individual contributors who provide technical support for project-based endpoint deployments, often in support of new site openings, expansions, and technology initiatives. Spends the majority of time coordinating, configuring, and implementing desktop hardware and related services to ensure operational readiness. Work is performed in collaboration with project teams and operational stakeholders, typically under general supervision. Opportunities for progression outside this career stream are typically limited without additional education or significant training and experience. Seasoned individual contributor. Works under limited supervision in both routine and project-based environments. Provides guidance and support to less experienced staff and may assist in coordinating deployment activities. Assignments are often non-routine and require analysis to understand project requirements, site constraints, and technical dependencies. Makes adjustments to standard deployment approaches and independently develops solutions to ensure successful implementation. Communicates technical practices, procedures, and project requirements to stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred. Experience: 7+ years relevant professional experience required. Licensure: May require valid driver's license as specified. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The pay range for this role is $24.73 - $49.45 hourly.
