KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Events and Meetings to join our Events and Meetings team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the planning and execution of events and programs, including project timelines, budgeting and approvals, data analysis and reporting, research and sourcing, agenda development, virtual platform support, and logistics coordination
  • Work collaboratively as part of the planning team on large-scale programs to help achieve event objectives, manage logistics, and ensure seamless program delivery
  • Coordinate deliverables with internal departments and external vendors, including contracting and compliance, graphic design and production, marketing, communications, national purchasing, learning operations, campus recruiting, and specialty item vendors
  • Maintain strong compliance, controls, and risk management practices by using firm-supported tools and following established processes
  • Collaborate with Events and Meetings colleagues to share industry updates, promote best practices, drive consistency and efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation with a client-centric focus
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of recent experience in events, meetings, program coordination, or related planning activities, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; high school diploma or GED is required
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to support a client-focused and team-oriented environment
  • Ability to build productive relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, support detailed logistics, and contribute to consistent execution across events and programs
  • Ability to travel up to thirty percent annually
