We are currently seeking a General Manager (GM) to join our Office Property Management team. Our team's priorities are:

What this job involves
Managing industry changing properties

As the General Manager, you will function as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, construction oversight including tenant and guest satisfaction with a focus on hospitality, team management and financial performance.
The successful applicant will be working within two Class A trophy properties located in NYC,
one located downtown and the other in mid-town.
Applicant must bring a high level of sophistication within the commercial management platform and must have experience in providing a high level of service to tenants and visitors in their previous roles. Previous skills in designing and deploying a concierge level of service with a focus on hospitality and customer
satisfaction is desirable.
Executes the business plan designed to maximize property tenant satisfaction and profitability.
Ability to be highly flexible in a constantly changing operating environment including how the work is completed as well as communication with tenants, guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Command respect because of your own personal/professional behaviours, exceptional personal presence. Ability to motivate the team to deliver consistent results despite challenging operating environment.
Build strong rapport with the Client/Owner through proactive and on-going communication; keep Owner informed of initiatives, projects, and tenant experiences. Provide Owner with analysis of property performance, incorporating tenant, financial and employee business data.
You are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing Tl and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff. You will be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to both building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing, successful relationship.

As a General Manager, you will contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices to drive results as a team. You will also contribute to developing successful, diverse teams through inclusive and thoughtful means of communication.

You are people focused, seeking out and understanding the needs, perspectives and motivations of clients and team members alike. Your ability to communicate well and manage client, tenant and vendor relationships will allow for seamless conflict resolution and client retention.

To apply you need to be:

* Bachelor's degree preferred and advanced degree a plus
* Minimum of ten (5-7) years of commercial property management experience including recent experience managing office property
* Must have strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports
* Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration
* NY Real Estate License (required within the first six months of employment)
* Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required

The estimated compensation for this position is:
150,000.00 - 175,000.00 USDplus 10% target bonus
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.

Estimated compensation for this position:

165,000.00 - 192,500.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
