The US LBM Executive Assistant - Technology Leadership provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Chief Digital and Technology Officer (CDTO) and the broader Technology Leadership Team. This person will also serve as the on-site manager for US LBM's Boston Technology Office. This role combines core executive assistant responsibilities, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing, with meaningful ownership over office operations, vendor relationships, and communication between the Technology Leadership Team and the broader US LBM Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This person is comfortable making decisions and managing vendor and office matters independently, exercising judgment about what requires executive attention versus what can be resolved directly, and operating with limited day-to-day oversight. This person will also be comfortable working with technology and will bring professionalism and judgment in representing the Technology Leadership Team to software vendors, customers, and investors. Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000
What you will do
Manage calendars for the CDTO and the Technology Leadership Team, independently making scheduling decisions and resolving conflicts without escalation. Independently book, adjust, and manage travel arrangements for the CDTO, exercising judgment to handle changes and trade-offs in real time without prior approval. Own expense management for the CDTO and Technology Leadership Team, including reviewing and reconciling expenses against policy. Own agendas and content flow for recurring Technology Leadership Team meetings, exercising judgment on what to prioritize, escalate, or defer. Independently plan and execute Technology All-Hands meetings and other onsite events, making independent decisions on format, logistics, and vendors in partnership with the Corporate Communications team. Serve as onsite manager for the Boston Technology Office in Auburndale, MA, with responsibility for selecting vendors, negotiating terms, and approving office-related spend within delegated limits. Serve as a primary point of coordination between the Technology Leadership Team (the CDTO and five direct reports) and the US LBM ELT, using independent judgment to determine what requires executive attention versus what can be handled directly. Represent the Technology Leadership Team in interactions with software partners, customers, and Private Equity sponsors, resolving routine matters independently and escalating only issues of real significance. Handle confidential and sensitive information relating to the technology organization and its leaders with discretion, exercising independent judgment about what to escalate and what to manage directly.

Education Qualifications
Experience Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a senior administrative support role, ideally supporting a senior leader or leadership team. Experience owning vendor relationships, contracts, or a budget, with the confidence to negotiate and make decisions directly. Experience booking and managing travel, sufficient to competently manage travel arrangements on behalf of an executive. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder calendars and scheduling.
Skills and Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished presence suited to representing the company with limited oversight. Demonstrated track record of exercising independent judgment and making independent decisions in a professional setting. Comfortable working with everyday technology and productivity tools; no technical background required. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
