The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is accountable for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with the full-cycle recruitment of candidates to meet current and future staffing needs for our organization's business segments. This role will also be responsible for assisting with administrative support including but not limited to candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling/coordination, administering assessments, the temporary resource process, internal transfer coordination and activities involving the employee selection process. Education and Requirements: High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Three to five years of related experience in Talent Acquisition. What we look for:
