HDR is seeking an experienced Federal Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to serve as a key member of our Federal Water Team, leading the delivery of complex water infrastructure projects for federal agencies across the United States. In this role, you will manage a wide range of projects, including water resources infrastructure, water and wastewater treatment facilities, and water distribution systems. As the project leader, you will oversee multidisciplinary teams responsible for planning, design, and construction support services, ensuring successful project delivery from inception through closeout. Beyond project execution, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining client relationships, supporting business development efforts, and helping expand HDR's federal water practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that support military readiness, environmental stewardship, and critical public infrastructure. The successful candidate will be accountable for project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and profitability while delivering exceptional service and value to our federal clients.
