Additional Compensation Details:

  • $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
  • Potential 90-day performance-based raise.

Job Description

Shift and Schedule:

6:00am - 4:00pm, 8 hour shifts. Split days off, overtime, and holidays to be expected

The Role:

We are seeking hard-working and reliable warehouse leads to join our growing operation. In this role, you will support the Partials department manager directly in what tasks need to be completed to run the team, and supervise the Partials Order Selectors when the manager is not present.

Ensure Partials Order Selectors pick ticketed order according to policy, ensuring quality and accuracy of orders. Handle the filling of order shorts and resolve order discrepancies as well as replenishment of items from Full Case slots. Ensure that orders belonging to customers on the order watchlist are filled completely and accurately with an emphasis on quality. When needed, fill in and assist to pick daily customer orders according to pick tickets usingvoice recognitionheadsets, with attention being given to accuracy, speed, quality and safety. Properly palletize and wrap orders for shipping. Maintain inventory and fill shorts in other sections of the department.

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To

  • Ensure the nightly pick progresses in an orderly manner.
  • Supervise Order Selectors when the Manager is off.
  • Maintain inventory in Power Warehouse.
  • Replenish slots from Full case and from newly arrived stock delivered by Receiving.
  • Monitor and check orders for watchlist customers.
  • Fill shorts from short sheets and correct incorrectly picked orders.
  • Use as necessary to complete essential functions:riding pallet jack, forklift, and RF scanner.
  • Maintain accountability of voice recognitionheadsets that are daily assigned to the Order Selectors.
  • Place orders on pallets with special consideration given to maximizing product care, taking into account wet vs. dry goods, organic, allergens, frozen goods and proper stacking to ensure safe transport and delivery to the customer.
  • Stage completed pallets in the loading area for full-case orders.
  • Load trucks as determined by delivery schedule.
  • Maintain the warehouse and equipment in clean and orderly condition. Ensure no product is left on the floor.
  • Other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months to 1 year of prior warehouse work experience.
  • Must have basic math comprehension and strong computer skills.
  • Must be safety minded.
  • Must be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills and detail oriented.
  • Strong team player
  • Outstanding follow-through
  • Ability to work independently with a detailed list of tasks to accomplish during the shift.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • At least 1 year warehouse leadership experience.
  • Must have supervised at least 2-3 employees previously.
  • Experience with Bosanova, Power Warehouse, and/or Power Enterprise preferred
  • Experience with a riding pallet jack and forklift preferred
  • CPR and First Aid training.
  • Previous Inventory orQuality Controlexperience.
