Overview: Sr Computation Design Lead Location: Minneapolis, MN; Milwaukee, WI; Boston, MA; Washington, DC; or San Francisco, CA The Sr Computation Design Lead is a visionary leader who drives the advancement of computational design, digital innovation, and data-driven practice across HGA. As a key member of the Digital Practice Group (DPG), this role partners with design, engineering, and technology leaders to integrate cutting-edge computational methodologies into every phase of the design process, elevating design excellence, project performance, and business outcomes. Operating at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and technology, this role champions the adoption of emerging tools, workflows, and automation strategies that enable more intelligent, efficient, and impactful project delivery. Through expertise in parametric design, algorithmic thinking, digital visualization, and process automation, this leader develops scalable solutions to complex design challenges while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning across the firm. As a trusted advisor and influential collaborator, you will build strong partnerships across disciplines, guides digital transformation initiatives, and communicates the value of computational design through compelling visual storytelling and measurable results. Salary Information: The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs.
