Data Analyst, Customer Clean Energy Programs

Responsibilities/Job Description:



  • Manage invoice processing for mass market energy efficiency programs. Review of technical program application and energy efficiency savings documentation.
  • Process energy efficiency invoices in the Company's Demand Management Tracking System (DMTS), an application built in Salesforce. Report on Invoice processing performance and statuses at weekly team meetings.
  • Perform Quality control review of invoices provided from implementation contractors that support the energy efficiency programs. Coordinate between various teams, such as DMTS, business planning and analysis, and program delivery teams to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Prepare and review programs information and reports for accuracy and reconcile as necessary.
  • Monitor and track program budgets and expenditures.
  • Manage customer eligibility data ( Qualification Checks) to ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Document Processes and development process improvements if / when applicable
  • Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate data processing, and drive operational efficiency across program operations.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated reporting solutions and dashboards using Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), Python, Excel, reducing manual effort and improving visibility into program metrics
  • Experience with Python, and advanced Excel functions to analyze, manipulate and present data effectively.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by regularly reviewing and updating dashboard information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to dashboard functionality and data accuracy.

This is a HYBRID opportunity, requring onsite presence in NYC once per week. Only local candiates will be considered.
