As a Security Officer Bilingual Spanish Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to support a secure environment through routine patrols, visible presence, and strong communication. What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, deliveries, and/or contractors in accordance with site protocols and posted instructions.
  • Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior observed during patrols, and follow established procedures for incident reporting, emergency notifications, and shift handoff communication.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
