Your Opportunity as the Manager, Supply Chain Finance & Accounting Lead the day-to-day execution, operational stability, and tactical leadership of direct materials finance. Serve as a key people leader and trusted partner to Procurement, ensuring accurate cost reporting, disciplined processes, and effective onboarding and development of analysts and lead analysts Location: Orrville, OH Work Arrangements: Hybrid, 35% in office expectation In this role you will:
Lead day-to-day finance operations for direct materials, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables Provide tactical leadership by coaching, developing, and supporting analysts and lead analysts Ensure accurate reporting, including variance analysis and clear explanation of financial results Own monthly forecasting for direct materials and monitor performance against expectations Partner closely with Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to support sourcing, cost changes, and business decisions Establish and maintain process discipline, including documentation, standard work, and onboarding materials Drive and implement process improvements while supporting change management initiatives Support system enhancements and upgrades (e.g., ERP, reporting, planning tools), ensuring operational stability during transitions Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and capacity constraints with recommended solutions
What we are looking for: Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain finance Demonstrated people leadership capability with a coaching mindset Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Proven organizational skills with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Excel, Spotfire or similar) Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills Experience with process improvement, documentation, and change execution support Ability to influence and communicate effectively across functions High attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and accuracy

Prior direct people leadership experience Experience working in cross-functional partnerships (e.g., Procurement, Supply Chain) Understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and supply chain finance concepts Demonstrated ability or interest in long-term leadership growth within Supply Chain Finance
