• Associate degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience in production planning or related areas
• Two or more years of leadership experience
• Lean Manufacturing Principles experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily production work orders, including communication, follow-up, and updates
• Support ERP system use and data accuracy; assist with process adjustments as needed
• Review job specifications, drawings, and sales orders to ensure work orders are accurate and complete
• Maintain effective processes that support internal teams and meet external customer requirements
• Assign materials to jobs and monitor inventory levels to support production needs
• Track raw material and tubing inventory; coordinate replenishment as required
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up to support on-time production and delivery
• Supervise production expediting and assembly support activities
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow
• Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, purchasing, sales, etc.)
• Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to team members (including direct reports)
• Assist in training, onboarding, and performance feedback for direct reports
• Promote a safe work environment and reinforce company values and expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned
