1. Strong Financial Acumen with Analytical Ownership

Ability to interpret, question, and validate financial and operational inputs (spend, forecasts, variances) and proactively identify risks, gaps, or opportunities. Strong candidates will go beyond reporting to provide insight and recommendations.

2. High Ownership in a Cross Functional Environment

Ability to independently drive work forward across IT, Finance, PMO, Supply Management, and Regulatory teams, following up, resolving dependencies, and ensuring accuracy. Strong candidates are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast moving, matrixed environment.

3. Clear, Structured Executive Communication

Ability to translate complex, sometimes incomplete data into concise, structured, leadership ready outputs. This includes building effective PowerPoint materials, summarizing key messages quickly, and highlighting what matters most (trends, risks, decisions needed).

  • Level I: 0-2 Years of Experience.
  • Provide high-level leadership and direction for large-scale, complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, timelines, risks, and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration, building consensus among stakeholders across departments and external partners.
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential project risks and challenges, implementing solutions to maintain project momentum and success.
  • Deliver regular updates and presentations to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress and key milestones.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, integrating innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  • Oversee the adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices throughout all phases of project execution.



Additional Role Information

This role provides hands on execution, analytical, and governance support to Technology Investment and Vendor Management initiatives. The contingent worker will partner closely with IT, Finance, PMO, Supply Management, Regulatory, and business stakeholders to maintain continuity of portfolio execution, financial visibility, and decision support. The work emphasizes data driven insights, cross functional coordination, and executive level communication to enable effective delivery of technology and vendor related priorities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide financial and investment visibility through tracking of funding, spend, forecasts, variances, and remaining balances across assigned initiatives.

* Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical reporting to support leadership decision making.

* Support governance processes, approval workflows, and cross enterprise initiatives by coordinating inputs, validating data, and preparing materials for review forums.

* Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

-Team Size and Day-to-Day Interaction

Both TIO and VMO are small, highly collaborative teams. The contractor would work closely with:

* Approximately 2-4 core team members across TIO and VMO

* A broader network of cross-functional partners in IT, Finance, PMO, Supply Management, and Regulatory
