Role Summary The Precision Medicine Director is a senior-level leader responsible for the design, execution, and scaling of precision medicine programs across The US Oncology Network. This role focuses on integrating analytics, clinical strategy, technology, and operational workflows to enable high-quality, data-driven patient care. This position requires strong program ownership, cross-functional execution, and the ability to translate complex clinical and analytics insights into scalable, operationalized solutions that improve testing adoption, workflow efficiency, and patient outcomes. As a senior leader, the Precision Medicine Director is accountable for end-to-end program development and execution-from concept through pilot, implementation, and scale. The role requires the ability to lead multi-phase, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, executive communication capabilities, and the ability to independently manage complex initiatives in a dynamic and evolving environment.
