Summary of the Job: This is a highly collaborative role with Partnership's Account Executive Team and Performance Marketing Team. To succeed you'll need great relationships alongside strong product strategy. Once a strategy is developed and new product identified, you'll work with operations and sales teams to determine prioritization and implementation. Key Outcomes: *Develop innovative credit card products tailored to different customer segments and partners *Build and launch affiliate marketing as a viable performance marketing acquisition channel *Collaborate with performance marketing team to integrate affiliate channel into overall acquisition strategy About This Role: New Product Development (50%) You are responsible and accountable for:

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level. Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
