The Role Presidio is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the company's technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation agenda. Operating within a private equity-backed, growth environment, this executive will be responsible for driving scalable technology solutions that support aggressive business expansion, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation. The CIO will report directly to the CFO and serve as a key member of his leadership team, shaping the technology roadmap in close alignment with enterprise financial and operational objectives.
A component of this role is executive oversight of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), ensuring that security strategy, risk management, and compliance programs are fully integrated with enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in systems modernization, AI-enabled operations, M&A-driven integration, and leading high-performing technology organizations through transformational change.

- Champion process automation and intelligent workflow solutions that drive operational efficiency across finance, operations, sales, and service delivery.
- Establish and enforce technology architecture standards, ensuring systems scalability and interoperability as the company grows organically and through acquisition.

- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML platforms, tools, and capabilities into Presidio's technology stack in a responsible, scalable manner.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technology trends and advise executive leadership on strategic implications and investment priorities.
- Foster an innovation culture within the IT organization, encouraging experimentation while maintaining rigorous delivery standards.
Security Oversight & Risk Management
- Provide executive oversight and strategic direction to the CISO, ensuring that cybersecurity programs protect company assets, data, and customer trust.
- Ensure enterprise-wide alignment between IT strategy and security posture, including compliance with relevant regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with the CISO to develop and present security risk assessments and remediation roadmaps to the executive team.
- Drive a culture of shared security responsibility across the organization.
Value Creation
- Partner with the CFO to identify and execute technology-driven value creation opportunities that support EBITDA expansion and exit readiness.
- Lead technology due diligence and post-acquisition integration for M&A transactions, ensuring rapid value realization and minimal disruption.
- Develop and maintain IT financial models, total cost of ownership analyses, and ROI frameworks to justify technology investments.
- Prepare and present technology performance metrics, investment analyses, and strategic updates for the executive team.
People Leadership & Organizational Development
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing technology organization capable of executing on a complex, multi-year transformation agenda.
- Attract, retain, and develop top technology talent; establish succession plans and capability development programs.

- Hands-on experience developing and executing enterprise AI and automation strategies with measurable business impact.
- Experience providing executive oversight of a CISO function and owning enterprise security strategy at the board level.
Leadership & Business Acumen
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to communicate complex technology concepts to non-technical audiences including Boards, and C-suite peers.
