Hiring Range:

$119,912.00 - $152,131.20

UMass Memorial Health, the leading health and wellness partner for Central Massachusetts and the region's largest healthcare system, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Division of Endocrinology at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing Endocrinology and Diabetes team within a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on inpatient diabetes care.

Key Highlights:

  • Clinical Practice: Inpatient setting with 5 clinical days per week (1 weekend per month with compensatory time off during the week and higher weekend rate)

  • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive inpatient diabetes care as part of a multidisciplinary Endocrinology team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered management for patients with complex endocrine and metabolic conditions.

  • Collaborative Environment: Join a well-established and collegial team of 23 Faculty Members, 19 Advanced Practice Providers, 5 Fellows and 6 Certified Diabetes Care and Educational Specialists.

  • EMR System: Epic.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

  • Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.

  • NP or PA certification.

  • Massachusetts NP or PA license.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred:

  • 3-5 years of provider experience in Endocrinology
