Job Summary

This position provides an opportunity to join a multidisciplinary sustainability team supporting product sustainability and circularity initiatives within a manufacturing environment. During the 12-month assignment, the role will contribute to life cycle assessment studies, environmental product declaration programs, emissions reduction initiatives, and sustainability process improvements. The ideal candidate is adaptable, analytical, and eager to work in a fast-paced, sustainability-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities



  • Support divisional sustainability initiatives related to life cycle assessments and environmental product declaration programs
  • Assist with inventory management, verification activities, vendor coordination, and process improvement efforts
  • Support regional Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions reduction programs
  • Conduct research, analysis, and reporting related to sustainability and circularity initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support environmental and sustainability objectives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for sustainability projects and assessments
  • Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic work environment


Job Requirements



  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Previous internship or full-time experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience working as an Environmental Engineer, Sustainability Engineer, LCA Analyst, or in a related role preferred
  • Knowledge of life cycle assessments, environmental product declarations, and circularity assessments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and related technical tools


Education



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field in progress or recently completed


Work Experience



  • Previous internship or professional experience related to environmental engineering, sustainability, manufacturing operations, or life cycle assessment preferred
