Role Descriptions & Responsibilities

As an Industry Process Consultant on the NAM EDU Team, you will work to reveal, demonstrate and validate with customers how to maximize the value of the Dassault Systemes Education portfolio.

This will include advising customers to address their business transformation by re-engineering their processes, leveraging 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will work in conjunction with the Account team, in the realization of opportunities (pre-sales), in implementation of solutions in customers environment (services) and in contributing to the identification and pursuit of new opportunities. Some of your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Master the 3DEXPERIENCE platform usage by maintaining knowledge of the Education Value Paths, for Customer Role Experience and Customer Process Experience.
  • Coordinate across commercial customer, industries and brand teams to position solutions for Outreach, STEM, University Undergraduate and Graduate Programs.
  • Build, Design and Run GEO wide adoption, activation and certification programs.
  • Execute the allocated activities, providing deliverables, according to the different phases, with a specific focus on gate reviews deliverables quality.
  • Propose best methodologies and usages of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform related to customers' business processes modeling, analysis and reengineering on targeted scope
  • Maximize and valorize the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform standard usage while minimizing and documenting the potential gaps and their impacts, and provide reporting to the account team or project team in order to anticipate and mitigate risks on the engagement.
  • Identify, document and capitalize the best practices on the specific SWYM Community by documenting storyboards through the capture of use cases to support iteration workshops with clients and convergence on the proposition to address targeted business processes
  • Setting up the right environment for allocated customers' demonstrations.
  • Support creation of script and material for customer's specific demonstration within the engagement team.
  • Manage customer activities by creating plans and providing reports on it.
  • Confirm and finalize customer story-boards based on agreed solution to be deployed, aligned with targeted solution Architecture
  • Regularly publish relevant content into the IFWE Loop communities.
  • Articulate and document how the proposed solutions fulfill the business needs and document the value articulation within the CVM with respect if the methodology and definitions ("enablers", "enabling changes", "business changes" and their KPIs).
  • Contribute to increase the deal size by identifying opportunities to transform or improve the customer's processes, accelerating the deal signature and securing a successful implementation go-live.
  • Demonstrate the value, based on identified KPIs and Customer Value Model, using standard or specific demonstrations with story-telling adapted to the audience (Users, Process Owners)
  • Support the solutions enablement of Sales Ecosystem and Partners.
  • Lead the allocated activities, taking ownership of activities deliverables, according to the different phases.
  • Perform customer's business processes modeling, analysis and reengineering on a specific scope to propose usage of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
  • Take leadership on capitalization and document customer's best practices.
  • Lead the definition, the preparation and the delivery of customer's specific demonstrations.
  • Share knowledge (Posts, Answer to questions ...) on the IPC Role Community.

Qualifications

  • Current Industry standards and best practices knowledge
  • 10+ years of industry or relevant experience
  • PMBOK, SAFE, AGILE methodology certification or relevant experience
  • Advise on curriculum and pedagogy
  • Analyze classroom and research processes
  • Collect customer feedback on applications
  • Create curriculum and demonstrations
  • Define technical requirements
