Position Summary
This is a research assistant position which will provide aid for a research study involving pregnancy. The RA would carry out screening for potential participants, recruiting participants from the UNC REX MFM clinic and other various clinics/units in UNC Women's Hospital, abstracting data from participants' electronic medical records, and employing new ultrasound technology during research visits. Recruitment will take place both over the phone and in person. This work requires an individual that is very detail oriented, adaptable, communicative, and comfortable interacting with patients in sensitive situations.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
Management Preferences
Some experience working in research in a healthcare setting
Exposure to obstetric practice
REDCap data entry and experience with EPIC
