Remote Pricing Strategy & Analytics Manager

We are seeking an experienced an InterimPricing Strategy & Revenue Analytics Manager to support a high-impact pricing optimization initiative for a PE-backed SaaS organization. This individual will partner closely with leadership and theinternal product teamto analyze customer and product segmentation, model pricing scenarios, and evaluate revenue and margin expansion opportunities.

This is a highly analytical, fast-paced project requiring strong SaaS pricing experience, advanced Excel modeling capabilities, and the ability to ramp quickly with minimal onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal leadership, product teams, and external pricing consultants to support strategic pricing initiatives
  • Build and maintain advanced pricing and revenue models evaluating customer segmentation, pricing adjustments, renewal timing, and revenue impact
  • Conduct cohort-level analysis across products, contract structures, customer segments, and renewal cycles
  • Model pricing elasticity, churn risk, and revenue optimization scenarios at the segment and customer level
  • Analyze large datasets to identify pricing opportunities and support margin expansion initiatives
  • Develop scenario planning models to evaluate financial impact of pricing changes across the customer base
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
  • Support ongoing reporting and analytics for pricing strategy initiatives
Qualifications
  • Prior SaaS pricing and revenue modeling experience required
  • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing dynamics, renewal structures, churn drivers, and customer segmentation analysis
  • Experience supporting pricing strategy, revenue optimization, or margin expansion initiatives within a PE-backed SaaS environment preferred
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills required, including scenario planning and large dataset analysis
  • Power BI experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex data into business insights

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
