Job Description This Software Engineer role is for an individual with excellent software engineeringwith hands-on development experienceand a strong foundation incomputer science, full-stack development, and AI/ML technologies. This role involvessoftware initiatives, leveragingmodern programming languages, cloud platforms, APIs and Generative AIto deliver scalable, high-quality business solutions. Experience on Kafka and Big data stack , Cloud AWS or GCP would be a plus. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test and deploy scalable fullstack software solutions with endtoend ownership. Build and enhance frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, applying strong UI/UX principles. Develop and maintain backend services using Python, Java, and related technologies, including API design and integration. Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) to drive innovative solutions, improve productivity, testing, and automation. Responsible for Kafka and Big Data engineering activities across Kafka and Big data platform and cloud environments ensuring high performance, reliability and scalability. Develop products, tools and processes to automate day-to-day task. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions and tools. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. This is a hybrid position. Expectations of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications * 1+ year of experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and/or Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Kafka) is a plus * Expertise in one or more programming languages Python or Java * Hands-on experience in software engineering with strong coding skills * Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals and data structures * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JAVA and relevant AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. * Experience with full-stack development platforms, including SQL, VS Code, REST, XML, JSON, APIs * Strong experience developing front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end services * Hands-on experience designing and consuming APIs * Demonstrated use of Generative AI in development and testing workflows * Experience with LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph * Hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning or reinforcement learning * Working knowledge of Linux fundamentals and system concepts (CPU, memory, storage, networking) * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and/or Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Kafka) is a plus * AWS experience with managed streaming or big-data services such as AWS MSK (Kafka) and/or EMR (preferred), plus cloud fundamentals (networking, IAM/security, observability). U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $88,000.00 to $ 136,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting.
