In this role, you will help oversee daily valet, bell, and door operations while supporting and leading a dynamic team of hospitality professionals. You'll play an important part in creating exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and upholding our high service standards.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

• Supervise Guest Services Agents during assigned shifts
• Assist with daily operational flow and guest service coordination
• Support training and coaching of team members
• Address guest questions, concerns, and service recovery situations
• Assist with scheduling and shift assignments
• Monitor vehicle handling and guest interactions for service quality
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures
• Assist management with reporting and daily shift documentation
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, lift luggage, and remain active for extended periods
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed
