Drive the Future of Logistics: Lead our Next-Gen Market Entry in North America!

Step into a pivotal role where you will be the operational engine for our most strategic expansion. Join Transporeon, a Trimble company, and take ownership of our Next-Generation Freight Procurement pilots. This is your chance to move beyond the theory and drive real-world impact by bridging the gap between innovative product development and high-stakes market execution.

What Makes This Role Great:
In this role, you will act as a true entrepreneurial "Founding Member" for our Next-Gen platform in the US. You will have the unique opportunity to lead the mission-critical transition from innovation to a scaled market solution. You will operate as the primary bridge between our global product roadmap and our US sales floor, ensuring every pilot becomes a success story.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate High-Impact US Pilots: Take full ownership of the end-to-end execution of our first US pilot projects. You lead the "Hyper-Caring" phase-from hands-on data preparation and system setup to the successful delivery of tender events.

  • Bridge the Innovation Gap: Act as an agile problem-solver. Where the product is evolving, you provide the manual excellence and creative workarounds necessary to deliver a "Gold Standard" outcome for the customer.

  • Drive Organizational Enablement: Serve as the vital link to Sales and Sales Engineering. You define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on current execution capabilities and create the "Playbooks" that help the broader organization adopt the new product.

  • Provide Actionable Product Feedback: Act as the "on-the-ground" expert for the product team. Your front-line insights from US projects directly help sharpen the product roadmap and ensure market readiness.

  • Leverage Modern Tech-Forward Workflows: Work in an environment that values speed and clarity. You will utilize Notion, Slack, and AI-powered tools to streamline data workflows and maintain a high-quality asynchronous writing culture.

  • Act as SME for Complex Success: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the US market, providing clear, technical, and functional guidance to internal Customer Care and Support teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • The "Operator" Mindset: You possess a solid background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Freight Procurement and have a proven track record of seeing complex operational projects through to the finish line.

  • Grit & Hands-on Execution: You are a proactive "doer" who is comfortable "getting into the data" to ensure project success.

  • Matrix Collaboration: You have a natural talent for influencing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Consulting.

  • Dynamic Communicator: You combine high-touch interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement with the ability to thrive in a structured, asynchronous writing culture (Notion/Slack).

  • Tech-Forward Mindset: Eager to use modern tools and AI-enhanced workflows to simplify complex tasks and drive operational efficiency.
