Description Title: Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist Pay Rate: $30/hour Duration: 6 months (with potential to extend or convert) Work Schedule: Fulltime, 40 hours/week Work Model: Hybrid Location: * Primary: West Des Moines, IA - Jordan Creek Campus * Secondary: Charlotte, NC - CIC, 1525 W. W.T. Harris Blvd Team Overview Supplier Enablement Operations manages and continuously improves a centralized supplier onboarding and enablement process. The team focuses on reducing risk while ensuring goods and services are procured and paid efficiently, compliantly, and at scale across the supply chain. Job Description / Responsibilities * Manage supplier setup and maintenance requests, including projectbased initiatives such as Early Pay Discounts and Virtual Card enablement, while monitoring and resolving Ariba Buying & Invoicing supplier mismatch reports related to PeopleSoft migration. * Serve as a subject matter resource by answering process questions, troubleshooting complex issues, and responding to escalations from internal stakeholders and external suppliers. * Independently prioritize and resolve escalations, report system defects, document enhancement requirements, and complete monthly UAT testing efforts including submission of test scripts. * Identify process risks and document procedures and training materials to support continuous improvement and assist with onboarding and development of newer team members. * Operate independently as a selfstarter with minimal oversight, playing a critical role in expanding supplier adoption of the Ariba platform and transitioning away from PeopleSoft eProcurement. * Partner directly with suppliers to troubleshoot Ariba system modules and PeopleSoft functionality. * Manage system cleanup initiatives to maintain accurate supplier records, including inactivation of unused supplier locations and updating physical address data to support Global Sanctions screening. * Lead successful supplier onboarding by collaborating closely with suppliers, Ariba, and internal partners across Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Accounts Payable, SCM Enablement, and Business Groups to ensure suppliers are fully enabled for transactional activity in Ariba. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of West Des Moines, IA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
