With more than 115 years of excellence in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Black-Top Paving, a division of Journey Group, is growing and hiring an Asphalt Maintenance Equipment Operator. In this role, you'll operate asphalt maintenance equipment and transport it to and from job sites each day. Join a team that puts safety first, treats people with respect, and is committed to doing the right thing-every time.
New hires are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
We're looking for candidates who have:

  • Preferred: 1 year of asphalt maintenance equipment experience
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Required: CDL Class A with medical card and tanker endorsement
  • Ability to follow written instructions effectively
