Imagination for Everyone

Adobe is a place where outstanding people work. Our employees recently voted us onto the Great Place to Work list for the 10th year in a row!

We're proud to offer market-leading employee benefits developed with your lifestyle in mind. Highlights include health insurance, global days off, a wellness fund, market-leading parental leave, access to our Employee Stock Purchase Program, and programs that support ongoing career growth.

We proudly empower our employees to get involved with corporate social responsibility. We offer a broad range of chances to create a bigger impact through philanthropy, employee, and community engagement.

We understand that people set us apart in our business, and that's why we want to meet you.

The Opportunity

You're the person who turns Adobe's platform into business outcomes customers can see, measure, and act on. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and executive influence. Your mandate: help our most strategic Digital Experience customers in the AMER region quantify value, accelerate time-to-impact, and build durable value narratives that drive expansion, retention, and advocacy. Partnering with customers and Adobe teams (e.g., Account teams, Ultimate Success, Professional Services), you will anchor Adobe's work in hard numbers and strategic narratives - not fluffy marketing claims. This role will become an expert in how Adobe's products deliver measurable business outcomes, develop scalable value tools, and generate thought leadership to encourage customer growth and innovation.

What you'll do

Customer Advisory & Coaching (Value Discovery & Framing)

  • Lead structured discovery and advisory sessions with senior customer collaborators (CMOs, CDOs, CIOs, CFOs) to identify growth, efficiency, and experience opportunities tied to Adobe's CXO portfolio - and coach customers on how to measure ROI and value realization.
  • Conduct Value Measurement Workshops to align key customer collaborators on priority use cases and the measurement framework/important metrics needed for Value Realization.
  • Build compelling, data-driven value hypotheses anchored in industry benchmarks, customer data, and Adobe telemetry.

Impact Development

Author Best Practices (Reusable Deliverables)

  • Author and publish best-in-class value deliverables (e.g., industry-specific use cases with measurement approaches, executive-ready value stories, and ROI models) that can be leveraged for future customer engagements.
  • Build reusable assets to scale impact and accelerate onboarding and enablement for internal teams (e.g., Account teams, Ultimate Success, Professional Services).
  • Continuously refine frameworks, templates, and benchmarks based on customer learnings and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with customers to showcase return on investment, cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue impact directly tied back to Adobe technology investments.
  • Translate technical capabilities into financial outcomes using clear economic models, Adobe tools, and benchmarks.
  • Work together with Adobe Teams such as Sales and Customer Success to assist with renewals, expansion, and executive alignment discussions.

Value Realization & Measurement

  • Propel progress within Adobe's Value Realization Acceleration (VRA) framework by addressing challenges and tracking value results across consumption, use cases, and N$R. Attend frequent value meetings with Adobe teams to grasp the context more clearly and assist them in advancing value more rapidly.
  • Attend customer meetings e.g., SBR or equivalent experience with executives to help the Adobe teams demonstrate realized return on investment and identify new value pathways.
  • Help promote adoption of Adobe's value methodology throughout the ecosystem and AMER customers.

What you need to succeed:

  • 5-10+ years in value engineering, management consulting, transformation, strategy, finance, or similar roles. Champion of value methodology.
  • Proven success building arguments for enterprise technology, digital marketing or transformation programs.
  • Strong financial modeling capability.
  • MBA preferred (supports financial modeling, facilitation, and data-driven storytelling).
  • Ability to translate complexity into crisp, executive-ready insights.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior executives at large enterprises across AMER. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence with authority across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or related marketing/commerce/customer experience technologies to drive personalization and optimization programs (ideal, but not required).
  • Past experience in program management, scaled agile delivery or similar as a squad member; Scrum master experience beneficial.
