Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Patient Service Representative Lead primarily oversees and provides leadership and training for all front-end duties such as reception, call center, referral and authorizations and other advanced administrative duties such as templates, office purchases, coaching, etc. The Patient Service Representative Lead has oversight over junior counterparts. The Patient Service Representative Lead serves as a resource for all departments including primary care, OBGYN and Express clinic. With the guidance of the Clinic Manager, the Patient Service Representative Lead initiates and participates in improvement efforts which directly impact the practice. Performs other related duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $66,169 - $82,309 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $31.69 - $39.42 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). | |
