The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: Our case managers structure their schedules to have the flexibility to accommodate the schedules of the families that we service. To ensure coordination case management of services for children, young adults, and their families who are referred to Special Child Health Services with appropriate private, local, state, and federal agencies that will meet their needs. Case managers strive to maximize access to core system of care components by linking families to services that ensure the well being of the children as well as the family. The mission of Special Child Health Services is to provide case management services to the children of Hudson County from birth through age 21 who have medical diagnoses and or are diagnosed with a developmental disability, and to their families.
