Senior Staff Product Manager - Splunk AI FoundationsSplunk is looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our AI Foundations Team! We are building the core models and tools that power our entire product portfolio for global customers. In this role, you will help define the roadmap for high-scale AI, focusing on domain-specific models, agentic protocols, and orchestration platforms. Your Impact: As the Senior Staff Product Manager, you will serve as the architect of the "AI Development Factory," a unified platform that empowers builders to ingest data, curate training sets, and deploy enterprise-grade AI models. You will define the strategic roadmap for end-to-end AI/ML lifecycles, ensuring our tools provide seamless, secure, and performant model development. You will drive the integration of robust governance and guardrails to control model behavior and ensure compliance with security policies. Additionally, you will build and scale platform observability layers to allow users to trace performance and debug complex multi-step workflows. Your success will be measured by your ability to bridge the gap between raw data lakes and production-grade AI, ultimately shipping a world-class platform to our global customers. For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below: New York City Metro Area: $191,400.00 - $323,600.00Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $176,100.00 - $287,900.00* For quota-based sales roles on Cisco's sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined. ** Employees in Illinois, whether exempt or non-exempt, will participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements. | |
