Salary: $37.40-41.55 Hourly
We are seeking a strategic and consumer-focused Associate Brand Manager to support the development and execution of global product and brand strategies across a dynamic portfolio. This role will partner cross-functionally with product development, insights, commercial, and regional teams to help bring innovative products and compelling brand stories to market. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, analytical, organized, and passionate about consumer products, brand building, and product innovation. Responsibilities
- Support the development of global product strategies and line plans from concept through launch.
- Leverage consumer, category, cultural, and competitive insights to inform product innovation and portfolio decisions.
- Analyze market trends and identify whitespace opportunities and growth strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product development, insights, design, engineering, finance, legal, and sales to move initiatives forward effectively.
- Help shape go-to-market strategies by aligning product positioning, storytelling, and launch direction across regions.
- Support U.S. market execution through line planning, forecasting, sell-in readiness, and collaboration with sales teams.
- Work closely with regional and commercial partners to understand local market needs, retail trends, and executional opportunities.
- Maintain forecasting tools, development systems, and tracking documents to ensure accurate timelines and financial inputs.
- Create compelling presentations, decks, and strategic narratives that clearly communicate product and brand direction.
- Keep stakeholders aligned through strong communication, organization, and project management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, consumer goods, strategy, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Experience supporting product development processes, forecasting, line planning, and sales collaboration.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interest in product innovation, consumer behavior, and portfolio strategy.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, analysis, and creative problem-solving.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple brands, categories, and stages of product development.
