Business Analyst (Onsite, Nashua, NH area) W2 Only Required Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience 5-7 years of direct Business Analysis experience, specifically within Health & Welfare benefits Extensive knowledge of Annual Enrollment processes and benefits administration or outsourcing within H&W Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent facilitation and prioritization capabilities Critical thinking with a deep understanding of data flow, business processes, and regulatory environments Proven experience with requirements gathering, system testing, and validation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience working with healthcare vendors Knowledge of record-keeping systems and core product mechanics Data analysis and reporting expertise Ability to develop training and reference materials Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field 5-7 years in Business Analysis, benefits administration, or healthcare outsourcing projects Previous work in a healthcare vendor environment is a plus Other Requirements: Ability to participate in client validation and testing activities Willingness to engage in procedure improvement initiatives and mentor new team members May require collaboration with multiple teams across different locations Estimated Min Rate: $30.10 Estimated Max Rate: $43.00 What's In It for You?
