Pay Rate: $18 hourly W2

Location: Hybrid; Required to work 3 days/week onsite at either the New York, NY (Hudson Yards) office, or Stamford, CT office

This is a potential contract to hire role. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in our fast-paced recruiting environment. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and help shape the future of top-tier talent acquisition, all while providing exceptional operational and logistical support that ensures an outstanding candidate experience.
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted operational partner, managing complex interview schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the seamless execution of high-level recruiting processes. If you thrive on precision, discretion, and delivering polished support in a collaborative setting, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact within a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition team.

Required Skills

  • Several years of experience in an Executive Assistant, senior administrative, or operations coordination role
  • Proven history supporting executives and senior leaders
  • Expertise in scheduling, travel planning, and expense management
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of discretion with sensitive information
  • Familiarity with HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition processes (Workday experience preferred)
  • Confident communicator with the ability to interact professionally with senior executives and candidates


Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience supporting recruiting or HR initiatives
  • Familiarity with virtual interview technologies and workflows
  • Knowledge of staffing industry best practices


Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Several years of relevant administrative or coordination experience supporting senior leadership, ideally within HR or recruiting environments



Estimated Min Rate: $17.00
Estimated Max Rate: $18.00
