Job Title: SOC/NOC Operations Manager (RFP) Job Location: Washington, DC Job Description: Contractor shall provide a SOC/NOC Operations Manager responsible for oversight of integrated 24x7x365 security and network monitoring operations. This individual shall oversee operational workflows, escalation procedures, staffing coverage, shift coordination, event handling consistency, and operational reporting. Certification stack and copies required while submitting resume to client. SOC/NOC Operations Manager: CISSP and/or relevant incident response or security operations certification.
