Epic Willow Ambulatory Lead Analyst Overview Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory - Lead Analyst to support a Refuel project on a 12+ month contract. This is remote with occasional travel. Key Responsibilities * Lead the design, build, configuration, and optimization of the Epic Willow Ambulatory module for a Refuel initiative * Serve as the subject matter expert for Willow Ambulatory workflows, functionality, and best practices * Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic build solutions * Provide leadership and guidance to analysts, including reviewing build, validating configurations, and ensuring adherence to standards Required Qualifications * Active Epic Willow Ambulatory certification * At least one complete implementation of the Epic Willow Ambulatory module * Prior experience serving in a Lead Analyst or very experienced analyst capacity * Strong understanding of ambulatory pharmacy workflows within Epic Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
