We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to help define and drive the next generation of Cloud & AI fabric solutions within our Networking Business Group. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity with broad influence across Marvell business units, close collaboration with executive leadership and the NSX team, and direct impact on the future architecture of AI infrastructure deployed by the world's leading hyperscalers and cloud providers.

This role is ideal for a semiconductor industry leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, customer engagement, and market disruption.

You will join Marvell's NSX inbound product management and marketing organization - a high-impact team responsible for defining next-generation Cloud and AI switching platforms and enabling vertically integrated networking solutions spanning switching silicon, optical interconnects, NICs, accelerators, fabric cards, and scale-up architectures.

You will work cross-functionally with:
*CTO Office and advanced architecture teams
*Silicon hardware and software engineering
*Systems and platform engineering
*Signal integrity and power integrity teams
*Product execution and operations organizations
*Strategic hyperscale customers and ecosystem partners
*ODM/OEM and technology alliance partners
*Global sales and go-to-market organizations

This team operates at the forefront of AI infrastructure innovation and directly influences the future roadmap for next-generation data center networking.

What You Can Expect

As Director of Product Marketing, you will help shape Marvell's next-generation AI fabric strategy and product positioning for hyperscale and cloud AI deployments.

You will:

  • Drive product definition and roadmap strategy for next-generation Cloud & AI switching solutions
  • Lead market requirements, positioning, and customer engagement activities for AI fabric architectures
  • Define differentiated value propositions across scale-out, scale-in, and scale-up networking deployments
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to align technology innovation with customer and market needs
  • Influence next-generation silicon and platform direction across switching, NIC, optical networking, and accelerator connectivity
  • Develop competitive analysis and market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and disruptors
  • Build compelling customer-facing presentations, messaging, and technical narratives that accelerate customer adoption
  • Collaborate closely with hyperscalers, cloud providers, and ecosystem partners to validate product concepts and drive platform wins
  • Help drive funnel development and strategic customer engagement alongside the sales organization
  • Serve as a key internal and external evangelist for Marvell's AI infrastructure leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
  • 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience with strong expertise in Ethernet switching technologies and data center networking
  • Proven experience defining and driving complex semiconductor or networking products
  • Strong understanding of Cloud and AI switching architectures and high-speed interconnect technologies including:
    • Ethernet
    • PCIe
    • UEC
    • UALink
  • Experience working closely with silicon architecture and engineering organizations
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor product lifecycle management and NPI execution
  • Experience building product positioning, customer messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify highly technical concepts for customers and executives
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with sales teams to drive customer engagement and pipeline growth
  • Strong strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • MSEE and/or MBA preferred
  • Experience with hyperscale cloud infrastructure and AI networking ecosystems
  • Familiarity with optical networking technologies and vertically integrated infrastructure solutions
  • Existing industry relationships across cloud, networking, or AI infrastructure markets

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

173,370 - 259,700, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
