Cleared Escort with TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Poly Nationwide \| CONUS Join IDS International's Cleared Programs team supporting secure and mission-critical environments. Cleared Escorts support secure facility operations by escorting uncleared personnel within government environments and ensuring compliance with established security procedures. This role operates in a high-visibility setting with continuous interaction with customer and government stakeholders. Escorts are responsible for maintaining situational awareness, enforcing escort protocols, and representing the program professionally in a customer-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Escort and monitor uncleared personnel within secure facilities Ensure compliance with customer and government security procedures Maintain constant awareness of escorted personnel Communicate effectively with security staff, vendors, and site leadership Represent the program professionally in a customer-facing role Required Qualifications Clearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Full Scope (FS) Polygraph required Citizenship: U.S. Citizen Required Experience: Ability to escort and monitor personnel within secure environments Ability to maintain constant awareness of individuals and surroundings Ability to ensure compliance with customer and governmentsecurity procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level ofreliability, punctuality, and professionalism Ability to workindependently with minimal supervision Ability tooperate in secure, fast-paced, and high-visibility environments Willingness and ability to travel nationwide, including on short notice Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout secure facilities for extended periods of time Position may require occasional lifting and/or movement of moderate amounts of weight, depending on assignment requirements Preferred Qualifications Prior customer service or customer-facing experience Previous experience in government or secure customer sites Construction,facilities, or vendor oversight experience Experienceworking in complex or fast-paced environments Comfortable interacting with diverse teams and personalities Work Schedule & Conditions Standard Schedule: Monday-Friday (can vary by assignment) Shift Availability: Example shifts may include 0600-1400 or 1800-0200; actual hours vary Hours: 40 hours per week (guaranteed pay even if scheduled for fewer hours) OT Hours: Overtime opportunities available (time and a half; may exceed 20+ hours per week during high-demand projects) Flexibility Requirement: Must be flexible with shift times, travel, and assignment locations Must be prepared to transition to new sites within 2-3 weeks' notice Candidates not flexible with schedule or location should not be considered Compensation & Benefits Rate: $ 41.00 per hour+ daily non-taxable per diem (MI&E and Lodging) Health, 401(k), PTO & Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays are available to all W2 employees of IDS .
