Construction Security Monitor with TS/SCI Clearance with CI-Poly
Springfield, VA Join IDS International's Cleared Programs team supporting secure and mission-critical environments. The Construction Security Monitor supports construction security operations by controlling access to the site, monitoring construction personnel and activities, and ensuring compliance with established security procedures. This role requires continuous observation of construction processes, documentation of daily activities, and reporting of security incidents and anomalies. The Security Monitor operates within an active construction environment and is responsible for maintaining security awareness and enforcing site procedures. Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications Clearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI-Poly) required Citizenship: U.S. Citizen Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent Required Experience:

Work Schedule & Conditions Schedule: Monday-Friday, 0600-1430 Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week Overtime may be available or required. Flexibility may be required based on project needs. Compensation & Benefits Rate: $ 41.00 per hour Adjusted hourly rates and daily per diem may be available for non-local and/or travel assignments.
