Cleared Custodian with TS/SCI Clearance with CI-Poly
Springfield, VA Join IDS International's Cleared Programs team supporting secure and mission-critical environments. The Cleared Custodian supports facility operations by performing routine cleaning and maintenance within secure work environments. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring orderly and safe conditions in accordance with security and facility standards. The Cleared Custodian operates within controlled areas and is expected to follow established procedures while maintaining a professional work environment. Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule & Conditions Schedule: Monday-Friday Shift Availability: 1st Shift: 0600-1430 2nd Shift: 1400-2230 3rd Shift: 2200-0600 Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week Overtime: Overtime is a requirement for this contract and is based on client needs (40-50 hours per week) Compensation & Benefits 1st Shift Rate: $ 28.07 per hour + H&W 2nd Shift Rate: $ 32.07 per hour + H&W 3rd Shift Rate: $ 32.07 per hour + H&W Health, 401(k), PTO & Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays are available to all W2 employees of IDS.
