As a Metal Working Operator, you'll support day-to-day manufacturing at Coperion, a Hillenbrand company, by helping produce high-quality metal components that keep our operations running safely and reliably. You'll be based in Sabetha, Kansas, where we design and manufacture equipment and systems used to handle, process, and move materials across industrial markets. This role offers a strong entry point into metalworking and manufacturing, with hands-on learning, steady work, and opportunities to grow your skills over time. Your contributions will help maintain production flow and support long-term operational excellence. Location: Sabetha, Kansas Shift: 1st shift (4:00 a.m., 5:00 a.m., or 6:00 a.m. start times) Schedule: 45-hour work week WHAT YOU'LL DO:
