This role provides strategic oversight of functions that may include Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analysis, and Customer Service. As a key member of the Business Unit Leadership Team, the Director is responsible for shaping and executing strategies that align supply chain capabilities with business objectives. This includes developing processes that balance demand with plant capacity, ensure optimal inventory replenishment, and achieve service excellence across all customer touchpoints. The position champions a culture of engagement, high performance, quality, and continuous improvement, fostering collaboration across teams and functions. The Director will also play a pivotal role in long-term planning and strategic decision-making, ensuring the supply chain remains agile, resilient, and aligned with organizational growth goals.
